1. Introduction & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the participation of individuals and organizations in the ANSCP (AI-Native Software Development Certification Program) Training Program ("Program") offered by RedPoint Management Services Ltd., operating as sdlcisdead.com ("Company"), a corporation registered in British Columbia, Canada.

By registering for and participating in the Program, you ("Participant") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are registering on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Key Definitions

Program
The ANSCP Training Program, a comprehensive 3-day certification training course covering AI-native software development practices, methodologies, and tools.
Participant
An individual who has registered and paid for enrollment in the Program.
Company
RedPoint Management Services Ltd., operating as sdlcisdead.com, based in British Columbia, Canada.
Cohort
A group of Participants scheduled to complete the Program together in a specific offering or session.
Registration
The process of enrolling in the Program by completing the online registration form and payment.
Certification
The digital badge and certificate issued upon successful completion of the Program and passing the final assessment.
Materials
All training content, including but not limited to video recordings, slides, workbooks, exercises, templates, and assessments provided during the Program.

2. Registration and Enrollment

Registration Process

Registration for the Program is completed by:

  1. Filling out the online registration form with accurate information
  2. Selecting your preferred training cohort and payment plan
  3. Providing payment via Stripe (credit/debit card)
  4. Receiving confirmation email upon successful payment processing

Enrollment Confirmation

Upon receipt of full payment, your enrollment is confirmed and you will receive:

  • Confirmation email with program details and access instructions
  • Login credentials for the learning platform (if applicable)
  • Pre-program preparation materials
  • Schedule and logistics information

Cohort Capacity

Each cohort has limited capacity to ensure quality instruction and participant experience. The Company reserves the right to establish and enforce capacity limits for each offering. Once a cohort reaches capacity, no further registrations will be accepted for that cohort.

Waitlist Policy

If a cohort is at capacity, participants may opt to be placed on a waitlist. Waitlist positions will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis if:

  • A participant cancels their registration, or
  • An additional cohort is scheduled

Participants on the waitlist will be notified immediately if a space becomes available and must confirm their participation within 48 hours.

Age and Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years of age. The Program is designed for working professionals and is not suitable for minors.

Accuracy of Information

Participants are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete. The Company is not responsible for any consequences resulting from incomplete or inaccurate registration information.

3. Payment Terms

Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor. The Company does not directly collect or store credit card information. Payment is required in full at the time of registration unless an alternative payment arrangement has been pre-approved by the Company.

Early Bird Pricing Terms

Early bird pricing is available exclusively to participants who:

  1. Register at least 60 days prior to the cohort start date
  2. Complete payment at the time of registration
  3. Meet all other registration requirements

Early bird pricing cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly authorized by the Company. Once the early bird deadline passes, only regular pricing will be available.

Group Discount Terms

Organizations registering three or more participants from the same company for the same cohort are eligible for a 10% discount on the total registration fees. Group discounts:

  • Must be applied at the time of registration
  • Require a single invoice for all group members
  • Cannot be combined with early bird pricing (the discount providing greater savings will apply)
  • Are subject to verification of employment relationship

Taxes

All prices exclude applicable Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) or Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable in British Columbia. Tax will be calculated and added to your invoice based on your location.

Invoice and Receipts

An official receipt/invoice will be provided via email upon successful payment. Additional copies can be requested through .

Failed Payments

If a payment fails to process, you will be notified by email. Failed registrations will not be considered complete until payment is successfully processed. The Company is not responsible for failed payments due to insufficient funds, incorrect card information, or payment processor errors.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund Policy Summary:
  • 14+ days before start: Full refund (100%)
  • 7-13 days before start: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days before start: No refund

Participant Cancellation

Participants may cancel their registration at any time. Refunds will be processed according to the following timeline, calculated from the official cohort start date:

  1. 14 or more days before cohort start: Full refund of 100% of fees paid
  2. 7 to 13 days before cohort start: Refund of 50% of fees paid
  3. Less than 7 days before cohort start: No refund; fees are non-refundable

To request a cancellation and refund, participants must contact with their registration confirmation number. Refund requests must be submitted in writing.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of the cancellation request being processed. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Company Cancellation and Rescheduling

The Company reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any cohort if:

  • Minimum enrollment is not met
  • Unforeseen circumstances prevent program delivery
  • Force majeure events occur

In the event of Company-initiated cancellation, participants will receive:

  • Notification as soon as possible (minimum 14 days notice when feasible)
  • Full refund of all fees paid, or
  • Option to transfer registration to an alternative cohort at no additional cost

Participant Substitution

Participants may substitute another individual in their place at no additional charge, provided that:

  • Written notice is provided at least 48 hours before the cohort start date
  • The substitute meets all program eligibility requirements
  • A substitution form is completed and submitted

Substitutions requested with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a $250 CAD administrative fee.

No-Show Policy

Participants who do not attend the Program without prior cancellation or substitution notification will forfeit their fees. Participants who miss more than one full day of the three-day program may not be eligible for certification.

5. Program Delivery

Delivery Format

The ANSCP Training Program is offered in both in-person and online formats. The delivery format for each cohort will be specified at the time of registration.

Schedule and Adjustments

Program schedules are subject to minor adjustments at the Company's discretion. While the Company makes every effort to adhere to published schedules, times and content may be modified to ensure educational quality and relevance. Participants will be notified of any material changes with as much advance notice as possible.

In-Person Delivery

For in-person cohorts:

  • Venue and logistics details will be provided upon enrollment
  • Participants are responsible for their own transportation and accommodation
  • All meals and refreshments will be provided during training hours
  • Participants must attend in person for the full duration of the program

Online Delivery

For online cohorts:

  • Participants will receive login credentials and platform instructions prior to the program start
  • A stable internet connection and compatible computer are required
  • Participants must have video and audio capabilities for interactive sessions
  • Participants should attend from a distraction-free environment

Recording Policy

Online cohort sessions will be recorded and made available to registered participants only. Recording access and use terms:

  • Recorded sessions remain the property of the Company
  • Recordings are available for 90 days following the cohort end date
  • Recordings are provided for personal educational use only
  • Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of recordings is strictly prohibited
  • Participants may not record sessions themselves without explicit written permission

Technical Requirements

For online delivery, participants are responsible for ensuring they have:

  • A compatible computer (Windows, Mac, or Linux)
  • A current web browser
  • Stable, high-speed internet connectivity
  • Functional microphone and webcam

The Company is not responsible for technical difficulties on the participant's end, including internet connectivity issues, hardware failures, or software incompatibilities.

Attendance Requirements

Active participation in all sessions is expected. Participants who miss more than one full day of the three-day program may not be eligible for certification or may have restrictions on certification renewal.

6. Certification Terms

Assessment Requirements

To earn ANSCP Certification, participants must:

  1. Attend all three days of the program (participants who miss more than one full day may not be eligible for certification)
  2. Complete all daily assessments
  3. Achieve a minimum score of 70% on each daily assessment
  4. Demonstrate competency through practical exercises and project work

Passing Criteria

A score of 70% or higher on each daily assessment is required to pass. This ensures that all certified participants have met a consistent standard of competency.

Retake Opportunity

Participants who score below 70% on any daily assessment are eligible for one retake opportunity. The retake must be completed within 14 days of the cohort end date. Retake assessments will be administered online via the learning platform.

If a participant fails the retake, they may re-register for a future cohort at a 50% discount. Previous fees paid do not apply toward the discounted re-registration.

Certification Issuance

Upon successful completion, participants will receive:

  • Digital PDF certificate of completion
  • Digital badge that can be displayed on LinkedIn and other professional networks
  • Official transcript showing assessment scores

Certificates and badges will be issued within 5 business days of final assessment results being confirmed.

Certification Validity Period

ANSCP Certification is valid for 2 years from the date of issuance. After the 2-year period, participants may renew their certification through:

  • Attending a full re-certification program, or
  • Completing a shorter renewal workshop (where offered)

Renewal Requirements and Fees

Certification renewal involves:

  • Attending approved continuing education in AI-native development practices
  • Demonstrating current knowledge through a renewal assessment
  • Paying a renewal fee of $499 CAD (subject to change with notice)

Failure to renew before the expiration date will result in loss of active certification status.

Certification Revocation

The Company reserves the right to revoke certification if it is determined that:

  • The certificate was issued in error
  • The participant engaged in assessment fraud or cheating
  • The participant violated the Code of Conduct during the program
  • The participant misrepresented their credentials or qualifications

Revocation will be communicated in writing with opportunity to respond.

Digital Badge Terms

Digital badges issued upon certification:

  • Are owned by the Company and licensed to the certificate holder for display on professional networks
  • Include verifiable credentials linking to the Company's verification system
  • Must not be altered, resold, or redistributed
  • Lose validity if certification is revoked

7. Intellectual Property

Ownership of Materials

All Program Materials, including but not limited to video recordings, slides, workbooks, exercises, templates, assessments, and any other training content, are the exclusive intellectual property of RedPoint Management Services Ltd. and protected by Canadian copyright law.

Use of Materials

Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Materials solely for:

  • Personal professional development and learning
  • Individual study and reference
  • Applying learned concepts and methodologies within their own work

Important: This license does not include the right to deliver, facilitate, or conduct training sessions—whether internal or external—using Program Materials. Delivering training based on Program Materials requires a separate Trainer Certification and license agreement with the Company. For inquiries about trainer certification, contact the Company directly.

Prohibited Uses

Participants may not:

  • Reproduce, copy, or distribute Materials to third parties
  • Publicly share, publish, or post Materials online
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Materials
  • Create derivative works based on the Materials
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to discover proprietary methodologies
  • Deliver, facilitate, or conduct any training sessions (internal or external) using Program Materials without a separate Trainer Certification
  • Use Materials for competing training or certification programs

Participant-Created Work

Participants retain ownership of their original work, including:

  • Workshop deliverables and projects created during the Program
  • Notes and interpretations of the Materials
  • Custom applications or implementations developed by the participant

However, the Company retains the right to use anonymized participant work for case studies, testimonials, and educational purposes, unless the participant explicitly opts out in writing.

Third-Party Content

Program Materials may include content licensed from third parties. Participants acknowledge that such third-party content is subject to additional usage restrictions as specified by the content owner.

Trademark Usage

Participants may display the ANSCP digital badge and refer to their certification status in professional contexts (LinkedIn, résumés, business cards, etc.). However, participants may not:

  • Use sdlcisdead.com branding or trademarks in any promotional materials without written permission
  • Claim an official partnership or endorsement from the Company
  • Misrepresent the scope or value of their certification

Enforcement

The Company actively enforces its intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use of Materials may result in legal action and damages. Participants agree to notify the Company of any unauthorized use of Program Materials.

8. Code of Conduct

Professional Behavior Expected

The ANSCP Training Program is a professional learning environment. All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times, whether attending in-person sessions or participating online.

Respectful Interaction

Participants must:

  • Treat instructors, facilitators, and fellow participants with respect and courtesy
  • Listen actively and avoid interrupting others
  • Respect diverse perspectives and experiences
  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
  • Use inclusive and professional language

Online Conduct

For online cohorts, additional conduct expectations include:

  • Attending sessions from a professional environment with appropriate background
  • Keeping camera and microphone settings appropriate for a professional learning environment
  • Not engaging in side conversations or multitasking unrelated to the program
  • Refraining from offensive or distracting virtual backgrounds

Prohibited Conduct

Participants shall not engage in:

  • Harassment or bullying of any kind
  • Discrimination based on protected characteristics (race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, etc.)
  • Use of offensive language or slurs
  • Sharing of inappropriate content
  • Violation of others' privacy or confidentiality
  • Unauthorized recording or photography
  • Disruptive behavior that interferes with the learning environment
  • Violation of applicable laws

Right to Remove Participants

The Company reserves the right to remove any participant from the Program if they:

  • Violate this Code of Conduct
  • Engage in behavior that disrupts the learning environment
  • Pose a safety risk to other participants or staff
  • Violate any other provisions of these Terms

Removal from the program will result in forfeiture of fees. No refund will be provided for removal due to Code of Conduct violations.

Confidentiality

Participants agree that information shared by other participants during the Program is confidential. Participants should not share or discuss the specific circumstances of others' learning or contributions outside the Program.

9. Limitation of Liability

Educational Content Disclaimer

The ANSCP Training Program is educational in nature and is not intended to provide professional advice, including but not limited to legal, financial, or business consulting. The information and methodologies presented are general in nature and may not be applicable to every situation or organization.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

The Company does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from participation in the Program, including:

  • Job placement or career advancement
  • Salary increases
  • Organizational process improvements
  • Specific technical competencies or skills
  • Business success or profitability

Results will vary based on individual effort, prior knowledge, and organizational context.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in the Program is entirely voluntary. Participants assume all risks associated with their participation, including any physical, mental, or emotional effects of learning intensive material.

Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability arising from or related to this Agreement or the Program shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by the participant for the Program. This includes liability for:

  • Breach of contract
  • Negligence or gross negligence
  • Any other legal theory

Excluded Damages

In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Third-Party Services and Content

The Company is not responsible for the performance, availability, or content of third-party services, tools, or platforms used during the Program, including but not limited to online collaboration tools, cloud services, or external resources.

Health and Safety Waiver

For in-person cohorts, participants acknowledge that they are in good health and are physically able to participate. Participants are responsible for disclosing any health conditions or accessibility needs that may affect their participation. The Company is not responsible for injuries or health issues arising from participation.

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures to perform under this Agreement due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of war, terrorism, or government actions. In such circumstances, the Company will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the Program or provide appropriate alternatives.

10. Privacy

The Company collects and processes personal information from participants in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the BC Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

By registering for the Program, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

All disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia. Participants irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections based on inconvenient forum.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website, unless otherwise specified.

Participants will be notified of any material changes via email at the address provided during registration. Continued participation in the Program following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For future cohorts, participants will be required to acknowledge the current Terms at the time of registration. Existing registrations will be governed by the Terms in effect at the time the registration was completed, unless changes are required for legal compliance.
