Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Who should attend this program?
+
This program is designed for technical leaders including CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Engineering Managers, System Architects, and Technical Product Leaders. Anyone responsible for shaping development strategy in their organization will find tremendous value. The program assumes technical knowledge but doesn't require current coding expertise—your leadership and architectural thinking is what matters.
What are the prerequisites?
+
There are no strict experience requirements. Whether you're a seasoned technical leader or earlier in your career and eager to learn AI-native development practices, this program is designed to meet you where you are. A basic familiarity with software development processes is helpful but not mandatory. No advanced AI knowledge is required—we'll teach you what you need to know. If you're unsure whether this program is right for you, please reach out to us directly.
How is the certification assessed?
+
Certification requires passing three open-book assessments across the program—one per day. Each assessment is tied to the practical work you do that day: your organizational maturity assessment, context repository draft, and 18-month transformation roadmap. You need to achieve at least 70% on each assessment. If you don't pass one on the first attempt, you get one retake opportunity within 14 days, administered online. It's rigorous but fair—designed to confirm you've internalized the methodology, not to trip you up.
What if I don't pass the assessments?
+
If you score below 70% on any daily assessment, you'll receive detailed feedback and one retake opportunity within 14 days of the program end date, administered online. If you don't pass the retake, you can re-register for a future cohort at a 50% discount. Our goal is your success—we want every participant to earn the credential and leave ready to lead transformation.
Is the certification internationally recognized?
+
The ANSCP certification is recognized globally by organizations adopting AI-native development practices. It's not governed by an external body but carries weight because it comes from the framework creators and is highly respected in the AI-native development community. Your certificate is digital and includes verification details that employers can validate.
What's the difference between in-person and online formats?
+
Both formats deliver the identical curriculum and certification. In-person cohorts offer direct networking with peers and instructors, and workshop work happens in breakout groups. Online cohorts provide flexibility and 90-day recording access so you can review any session. Choose based on your schedule and learning preference.
What's your cancellation and refund policy?
+
Full refund available up to 30 days before program start. Between 30 and 14 days before start: 50% refund. Within 14 days of start: no refund, but you can transfer your registration to a future cohort. If we cancel a cohort, full refund or transfer is automatic.
Do you offer group or corporate discounts?
+
Yes. Groups of 5–9 get an automatic 10% discount — just enter the number of seats in the registration form and the price will update. Groups of 10 or more get a 20% discount plus the option for customized workshop content based on your organization's real projects; use the "Booking for 10+? Contact sales" link at the top of the form or email
trainingREMOVETHIS@sdlcisdead.com and we'll send a custom quote.
Will I receive the book before the program?
+
Books are shipped 2 weeks before your program start date (for in-person) or at the time of registration (for online). You'll have it before day one. A digital version is available immediately upon registration if you prefer to start reading right away.
How do I prepare for the program?
+
We'll send you a pre-program preparation guide 2 weeks before start. It includes recommended reading, a team assessment worksheet, and guidance on what to bring (for in-person). Most important: come ready to think differently about how software gets built. This isn't a coding bootcamp—it's a leadership transformation.
